up and
down in ebensee - 30th May 2003

Today I was travelling to Ebensee. Ebensee is a little village next to
the Lake Traun. There is a lot to see in Ebensee and the area around.
You can climb the mountain called "Feuerkogel" and enjoy a tremendous
view over the whole region. There are also a lot of lakes around. The
biggest of them is the Lake Traun (Traunsee), how you can see on the map.
But there are also a lot of little lakes which aren't on the map, but
worth to visit. I went to Langbathsee and Offensee. There is a nice and
quiet path around the Langbathsee. The Offensee is placed in a nature
reserve area. Infront of the nature reserve area you can find a nice restaurant.
I visited it, and I must say it was very delicious to eat there.
